PRESCRIPTIONS
All orders are required to have prescriptions from a qualified medical doctor as per international laws. If you already have one you can fax it to us at 00441865576277 or email it to helpdesk@webstorerx.com. If not it will be issued for free by our on-staff physician so that we can legally ship the prescription. In any case we recommend you seek a medical consultation with your local physician or family doctor.
ORDERS
All orders are filled and shipped whithin 2 business days, Monday through Friday. As soon as you rise an order you will be immediately notified via email of all the related details (order status, costs, shipping courier, expected delivery date...). As soon as your order has been processed, the order status will be modified accordingly and you will be notified.
You will be notified via email on any update of your order status,(tracking numbers, issues, delays...). In this way you will always know how your order is going.
International shipping cost is fixed per parcel. A parcel can contain up to 60-90 pills depending on the product.
Depending on your location you will be allowed to pay with the following methods:
- credit card
- bank deposit
SHIPPING
Shipping price is FLAT per parcel. Depending on your location you can choose between 2 shipping methods:
- Registered Airmail is EUR10 (no tracking service, 3-5 weeks average delivery time)
- EMS Speed Post is EUR26 (tracking service, 8-15 days average delivery time)
REFUNDS
Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medications back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did'nt show up or got damaged - we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medication, some places might disallow such an export. We will ask of you to first allow the 30 business days from the day of the order was sent to pass, After you did not recieve the package or if you got notifed by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, E-mail us to helpdesk@webstorerx.com and we will take care of your request promptly.
